Thank you for choosing MEET Nail & Spa No.2. Before booking an appointment, please read our policies below.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and fully understand our booking and cancellation policies. Please note, our most current policies are always available on our booking site during the reservation process.
Book Your Appointment 4 Hours in Advance
All appointments must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. If you wish to schedule an appointment with less than 4 hours' notice, please call the shop immediately at 215-532-8206 to avoid potential cancellation.
We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals after this time will be considered "walk-in" customers and served in the order of arrival. If you will be late or cannot make it, please notify us as early as possible.
Service & Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion. All service prices are subject to change; please confirm pricing at the time of service. No refunds will be issued after services are rendered.
Payments & Tips
There is a 4% fee for credit card transactions (excluding debit cards), with a $12 minimum for card charges. Tips are accepted via Cash, Venmo, or CashApp only.
First-Time Clients
We prefer first-time clients to have current acrylics removed so we can assess the health of your nails. While we can perform fills on work from other salons, we cannot guarantee longevity or prevent lifting due to unknown prior techniques. Fills with excessive growth will be charged at the full set price.
Aftercare & Guarantee
Regular Polish: We do NOT guarantee the longevity of regular polish; any fixes will incur an additional charge.
Gel, Dip, & Acrylic: Guaranteed for 5 days. For repairs, please contact us to schedule an appointment within 48 hours of your notification.
Health, Safety & Gift Cards
Safety: Please keep personal items with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen property. For safety, children must remain in the seating area—no running, jumping, or screaming is permitted, or service may be discontinued. If you feel unwell, please reschedule.
Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be replaced or exchanged if lost or stolen.
